Featured in Jomsocial pack comes with three set of modules that show the respective featured items Featured Albums, Featured Videos, Featured Users
Features
Features for Featured Albums:
Shows the thumbnail along with album name of the featured album.
Links to the album page to view the particular album.
Features for Featured Videos:
Shows the thumbnail along with video name of the featured video. Links to the video page to view the particular video.
Features for Featured Users:
Shows the thumbnail along with user name of the featured user. Links to the user profile page to view the particular user profile.
Notes
The Support subscription entitles you to support as well as access to updates for the product during this period. You can install the product on as many sites as you want, but support will be provided for one domain only. You can keep using the product on your site for life but updates can only be accessed in the subscription period.

Extension has not got special features, all extension parameters explained at the module back-end very clearly. All you need to do is rolling mouse over the parameter title to get information.
